When our friends at Coffee Supreme wanted to launch their Never Run Out campaign, they picked up the phone to Payper. They’re glad they did—our work ensured the campaign cut through the noise, drove engagement, and landed widespread media coverage.

A relatable, simple, and highly shareable concept, Never Run Out tapped into a universal fear among coffee drinkers: waking up to find you’re out of coffee. Supreme took that insight and turned it into something bold—giving away 10 years of free coffee to one lucky customer.

Payper was tasked with ensuring the campaign landed in front of as many caffeine lovers as possible.

We crafted a targeted PR strategy that included a mix of earned and paid PR, ensuring Supreme’s message reached the right audience.

This included: smart media outreach, securing coverage in key national and lifestyle publications; a series of radio giveaways and promotions, running across stations nationwide to drive excitement; and strategic campaign messaging, reinforcing Coffee Supreme’s playful, creative approach to coffee.

The result? One of Supreme’s most talked-about campaigns yet.

Supreme also enlisted renowned Kiwi animator and director Joel Kefali to bring the campaign to life. His fluid, handcrafted animation style captured the frustration of running out in a visually engaging and unexpected way—helping ensure the campaign stood out.
